What is the status of my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. As soon as your package is shipped, we will send you a tracking code so you can monitor the delivery status.
Can I change my order?
Yes, but only if your order has not yet been processed for shipping.
Once your order status is“preparing for shipping”, “shipped”, or “delivered”, no further changes or cancellations can be made.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept two secure payment methods:

Which currency will I be charged in?
